2. Incorrect color, size, or style shipped

3. Refunds are not available under this policy; we offer replacement only.

The guarantee does not apply to:

1. Items that have been opened, worn, or tried on

2. Damage caused by personal use, washing, or improper care

3. Items purchased from retailers other than fivvra.com

If the replacement item is out of stock or discontinued,

we’ll offer an equivalent product or store credit of equal value.

Each order qualifies for one replacement under this guarantee.

We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of policy misuse.

This policy applies to all regions where FIVVRA™ ships and may be updated periodically.

International replacements may be subject to customs duties or import fees,

which are the responsibility of the customer.
