If you’ve received the wrong color, size, or style,  please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.  We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.Our team will review your case within 1–2 business days and send you the correct item right away.  Please note that refunds are not provided under this policy.

How do I choose my size?

 FIVVRA™ tights are made with Smart-Fit™ 4-way stretch yarn that adapts to different body shapes.   You can refer to our Size Guide for height and weight recommendations.  If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort, or the smaller size for a shaping effect.

How should I wash and care for them?

For best results, hand‑wash in cold water with a mild detergent, avoid bleach or tumble‑drying, and allow them to air dry. Proper care will help keep them in good condition longer.
